Every project starts with a concept design developed in 3D Solidworks. The concept drawings are delivered in multiple stages to help customers visualize what their project will look like prior to manufacturing.
- Concept drawings normally take 1-2 weeks to complete
- Drawings can be delivered in multiple formats such as PNG, JPG or PDF
Each project is designed and engineered by our professional CAD engineers who have years of experience in simulator design. We use Solidworks as our CAD design tool and can also import your CAD files in multiple formats. When we design a simulator, our engineers proof out the concept in multiple stages and delivered to our customers for acceptance and/or modification. This gives our customers a chance to make any necessary changes prior to manufacturing.
Once the design and engineering has been completed, we will deliver a CAD packet in PDF format which will contain the following:
- 2D Ccnstruction prints with dimensions
- 3D high resolution renderings
Animated 3D Renderings
Our CAD engineers can produce high resulution 3D walk-through animations as seen by the example to the left. These animations are useful in many areas, especially when there are environmental limitations such as walls or ceilings that may hinder the simulator's movements.
