MOTION INTERFACES

Gaming Interfaces

Gaming interfaces have two main functions: to extract the telemetry/physics data from the host (game) application, then convert that data to control the motion simulator.

  • Includes manual controls
  • Incorporates all levels of safety monitoring
  • Slider controls to limit each axis
  • Compatible with gaming engines such as Unity3D and Unreal
  • Supports: X-Plane, FSX, Project Cars, Live For Speed, rFactor, NoLimits and more...

Waveform Editor

Our Waveform Editor allows you to program a motion track for any type of video. By using a joystick or a mouse to record the motion, a graph is created which can later be edited with the mouse for any necessary minor corrections. The data can then be saved into a database and played with our Ridefilm Interface.

  • Imports MPG and AVI videos
  • Zoomable graph for detailed corrections
  • Realtime previews

Ridefilm Interfaces

Our ridefilm interface is very simple to use and was designed for museums, gaming centers, tradeshows and other public businesses. Simply select the ridefilm and start the movie. The interface does not use timecodes to sync the motion with the ridefilm, but rather uses the video's frame position and then searches the database for that frame number. This is a much more reliable method and ensures that the video and motion always stays in sync.

  • Incorporates all levels of safety monitoring
  • Range of motion limit slider
  • Easy to use start/stop buttons

Fourier Terms (Sea States)

For customers who have sea state applications, such as radome testing, this motion interface is an excellent solution. Customers can easily generate up to 10 Fourier terms and can view the terms in the interface before applying it to the motion simulator.

  • Enter up to 10 Fourier Terms
  • Each term includes amplitude, frequency and phase
  • Centroid offsets
  • Sample previews

6 DOF Manual Controls

This interface is designed for 6 DOF motion platforms to test each leg independently with more detail than the other interfaces, also known as a systems readiness interface.

  • Manual controls for each leg
  • Displays exact encoder positions

Custom Game Development

We have published multiple games for motion simulators. Our motion interfaces are compatible with gaming engines such as Unity3D, Unreal, VBS2 and many more.
